Volunteer and Staff Opportunities at MCACN

     Every year we have people who reach out to us asking to volunteer or work as an employee on our MCACN Show Team. Many of these folks have now been a part of MCACN for over 12 years! Our staff members understand the value of collector cars and the car community because they are, or were, classic car owners themselves. We treasure all our staff members

Here are some examples of things we can always use a person for an extra few hours each year...

Parkers- Lead show exhibitors to their designated spot or holding area. 

​

Exhibitor Check-In Assistant - Greet our exhibitors and assist in distribution of exhibitor packet materials.

 

VIP Car Corral Concierge- Greet interested parties and assist them in contacting the car owners if they would like more information about the cars. 

​

Office Assistant- Assist in organizing show supplies such as Invitational Signs, Move Out Passes, and other assorted office tasks

 

Scavenger Hunt Greeter - Greet and hand out prizes and game sheets to Scavenger Hunt Participants

 

Runner - This volunteer puts in lots of steps delivering paperwork and other light weight items between offices and areas of the show floor. You can easily get your 10,000 steps with this volunteer opportunity

 

Staff Resource Room Assistant- Create and maintain a friendly environment, maintain food, drinks for the staff and volunteers.

 

Staff Resource Room Assistant -Computer Skills for data entry, and simple Microsoft program tasks

 

Models- Both Female and Male volunteers dress in period correct (60's and early 70's) outfits for photos and assist with unveilings.

 

Lobby Greeter - Welcome show attendees and hand out show programs.

 

Pick Awards Photo Area - Take photos of winners and/or assisting with the receipt of winners information from Pick Award Judges.

 

Outdoor  Assist in staging cars in the marshaling and staging lots prior to show entry or on Sunday night for Move Out
