2024 MCACN Invitational & Special Displays

Pontiac GTO 60th Anniversary Invitational, Presented by The Brothers Collection.

Join us as we take a walk down memory lane. The right side will feature the rarest and most significant GTO's from 1964-1974, led by the Original Car and Driver featured Royal Bobcat, while the left side will feature an entire row of what many consider the ultimate GTO Muscle Machine; the Ram Air IV Judge Convertibles!

Corvette Triple Diamond Showcase and Competition Sponsored by CORVETTE CENTRAL Hosted by Bill Braun

Featuring a historic walk through time with the country's finest restored and original Corvettes that have already achieved National Corvette Restorers Society (NCRS) Top Flight AND Bloomington Gold status. Owners will compete for the coveted Triple Diamond award and certification, considered one of the industries most prestigious. Entrants will be joining us from across the country and Canada.

Class of 1969, Presented by NCM Insurance

Once again we step back to a Pinnacle year for American Muscle. This mixed-make display will cover all the bases with Roadrunners, Camaros, Mustangs, Firebirds, Chargers, Chevelles, AMC's, some BIG Body Muscle and more. There will also be an entire row of '69 Judges!

High School Reunion

If you had a real Muscle Car when you were in High School, chances are you were one of the cool kids. This very special display will spotlight cars that were purchased while the owners were in High School, and still own to this day. Now that is cool! NOTE: we have over three dozen owners joining us for this!

Shelby & Mustang PINNACLE Display and Competition Hosted by Bob Perkins and Rick Campbell

This special gathering will showcase select examples of the country's finest and rarest examples of Mustangs and Shelby’s that have already achieved both MCA Gold and SAAC or Mid America Ford/Shelby Nationals Concours certification. This is an intensive judging program which includes putting these cars on a lift for inspection inside, outside and underneath. We offer the judging in two levels; Division I and Division II. Cars must be pre-approved by Bob Perkins. Lifts provided by Titan Lifts

Buick G.S.: The ULTIMATE '68-'69 Gran Sports, Hosted by Dr. Ajesh Parikh

Over the years Dr. Ajesh Parikh has assembled some of the rarest and most sought after examples of Buick Muscle ever gathered under one roof. This year Ajesh has extended the invitation to owners of the ULTIMATE G.S.'s. This will be another very diversified display with a variety of models from 1968 & 1969

Class of '74 Invitational, Presented by Garner Customs & Restorations

While the writing certainly was on the wall, it was possible to still create a bit of Muscle if you knew your way around an order sheet! You'll see Super Duty Trans Ams and Formula's along with 400 and 440 powered Mopars and more. These "Last Gasp" Muscle Cars are fast becoming "must haves" for collectors and you will also see the best along with some very unexpected surprises.

Malaise Era Invitational

This year we will spotlight the Camaros, Firebirds and Trans Ams with prime examples from 1974-1987. While the horsepower ratings may have been down, these cars offer excellent handling, surprising get up and go and of course, eye-catching graphics. Who doesn't remember the "Screaming Eagle" on the hood of a T/A or the cool stripes of the '74 Z/28? There is no doubt that the interest in these cars is growing and we are honored to present the "Best of the Best."

MOPAR MUSCLE; The 426 Hemi 1964-1971, Presented by The Wellborn Muscle Car Museum

Every year we have the distinct honor of hosting some PRIME Mopars from the Wellborn Muscle Car Museum along with additional cars that follow a particular theme. This year we celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the introduction of the 426 Hemi with real-deal documented Hemi cars from 1964-1971. B-Bodies, E-Bodies and perhaps even some S/S A-Bodies!

Pontiac 2 + 2 Invitational

At the MCACN show, we love Big-Body Muscle. This year we will host a display featuring Pontiacs other Muscle Machine, the 2 + 2. Yes...the GTO wasn't the only hot one that was introduced in 1964! See the best of the best from 1964-1967.

Buick GNX Invitational

This will be a very special gathering of the rarest variations of the coveted Buick GNX. While the standard production vehicless may look the same, this group will include several one-off Pre-Production cars and the one and only factory built "X-Ray" White GNX. Special Thanks go out to Dr. Ajesh Parikh for again coordinating an amazing display.

MILITARY APPRECIATION INVITATIONAL, Presented by The Kultgen Family

The MCACN team is honored to host our Military Appreciation Invitational display, Presented by The Kultgen Family. This display is for active and retired members of any branch of our Armed Forces. Open to all makes of collectible cars, this is a small way to honor the men and women who have served or are serving in any branch of the Military. We encourage our Military Members who also share our passion for cool cars to share them with us and to be in the spotlight along with your cars. Thanks go out to The Kultgen Family for being our Official Sponsors of this very special display. Look for the American Flags!

Factory Lightweight Invitational

For the past several years, our good friend Jim Kramer has assembled some truly outstanding groups of race cars and more. This year he has assembled a select group of authentic Factory Lightweight Drag cars. Each and every one of these cars are factory equipped with lightweight aluminum and/or fiberglass components. A variety of makes will be represented with Pontiacs, Mopars, Chevrolets and Fords with a focus on the early years of Super Stock.

GTO Judge Invitational

While we are celebrating the history of the GTO with our big Red Carpet GTO 60th Anniversary display, we will host a separate display devoted to the Judges of '69 - '71. See the finest hardtop and convertible Judges featuring Ram Air III, Ram Air IV and HO drivetrains in a variety of colors.

Nashnutz AMC Invitational Display Hosted by Rich Corsello , Terry Weiner and Ian Webb

The Nashnutz American group will again welcome an entirely new and fresh group of American Motors Muscle. You'll share in viewing rare and outstanding examples of AMC Muscle Cars, in a dealer/auto show themed display complete with some truly outstanding related memorabilia. This area has become one of the most popular features of the MCACN show!

Future Generation Invitational

We are pleased to announce we have an incredible group of under 25 year old car owners joining us for this one! Awesome cars and passionate young owners. YES...the future looks bright and we are here to prove it with this truly outstanding group of cars and owners.

Pure Stock Muscle Car Drag Race Display Featuring Real Cars of the PSMCDR Group Hosted by Donnie Brass

We are pleased to announce the PSMCDR display will return with another all new group of cars. If you think that all the cars at our show are "Trailer Queens" you are in for a big surprise. See twelve of the fastest Muscle Cars that appear exactly as they left the assembly line....but with some rubber on the quarters! These show stoppers are used exactly as they were intended, and each is show ready. AMC, Buick, Chevy, Ford, Mopar, Oldsmobile and Mercury will all be represented.

Barn Finds/Hidden Gems Sponsored by Miller Auto Care and Stock Restorations & Restomods, Hosted by Ryan Brutt, the Automotive Archeologist

We launched our Barn Find/Hidden Gems display, hosted by The Automotive Archeologist, Ryan Brutt. Featuring "off the map" rare Muscle Cars and Corvettes fresh from the fields and barns, or maybe just packed away for years for one reason or another. Expect to see the rare and unusual in this area, with a whole new group of off the radar cars!

A12 Reunion 55th Anniversary Invitational

We are proud to host the final stop for the 55th Anniversary A12 Reunion. Spotlighting the wild 1969.5 440-6 barrel Roadrunners and 440-6 pack Super Bees, we will have everything from "rode hard and put up wet" to full on fresh restorations along with several notable drag cars. 5 years ago we played host to nearly 40...can we top that this year?

ICONIC MOVIE CARS

We are pleased to announce we have several of the most iconic REAL Movie Cars joining us this year. See the '55 Chevy primary onscreen car from American Graffiti, the '55 Chevy that appeared in both Two Lane Blacktiop and American Graffitti and the original Joe Dirt Dodge "Daytona", as driven by David Spade. These are the actual on screen cars!

Studebaker Legends Hosted by Ed George and the Studebaker Museum

You will never find a more dedicated group of enthusiasts than Ed George and his Studebaker friends. Ed returns to host a very special group of South Bends hottest, with an emphasis on the 60's supercharged models. This gathering continues to raise the bar for the high-performance Studebaker enthusiasts, and will certainly raise awareness of the many innovations that started long before what you may have thought. As always, this will be an entirely new group of these seldom shown cars that join us from across the country along with some neat interactive features.

CHICAGO MUSIC EXCHANGE PRESENTS PRIME ROCK AND ROLL MEMORABILIA FROM "THE VAULT"

LYNYRD SKYNYRD ROCK & ROLL BACKLINE DISPLAY and MORE. Check out an incredible collection of rock and roll memorabilia from the Chicago Music Exchange VAULT Collection. This will include the actual guitars that were used on Free Bird along with a variety of backline equipment. This is the real deal, and there will be even more to see in this incredible display. Look for the ’66 Shelby GT350 surrounded by awesome Rock & Roll treasures! Saturday and Sunday

Muscle Cars & Muscle Bikes Presented by Koolestuff, Inc

We always like to keep things fresh, so this year for this "Show within the Show" that features a variety of Sting Rays, Krates, Spyders, Choppers and so many more, we will also have some prime BMX bikes from the 70's and 80's! (Malaise Era? lol) Of course, the primary spotlight will always be on the cool Muscle Bikes of '63-79, so if you own your childhood bike, whether restored or original, we'd love to see it and have you share the stories! This is a display only, no judging or competition to keep things light and to focus on the fun. Let's take a ride back in time and share our memories from the past!

Camaro Legends Concours

The Legends Concours Class is the premier judging program for 67-81 Restored Camaros. Internationally recognized, the Legends Class sets the bar for “assembly-line correct” restorations, using an objective 5,000 point scale with bonus points available for specific NOS items and original documentation.

Vintage Certification Presented by American Performance LLC - Hosted by Steve Shauger

We are proud to host our Vintage Certification Program for un-restored, original Muscle Cars and Corvettes. This program is designed to encourage owners to maintain their cars in original un-restored condition, as they left the factory. "Preservation, not Restoration" is the theme.
