MUSCLE CAR & CORVETTE NATIONALS VENDOR INFORMATION
At the Muscle Car & Corvette Nationals, we offer several different
types of vendor opportunities.
Vendors must be in an
automotive related field
and offering goods or services that appeal to the automotive
enthusiast. This is an excellent opportunity for you and your staff
to offer parts or services or to sell your collector car to highly
qualified buyers who share your enthusiasm for all things
automotive.
Commercial "A" Space:
These spaces will be located in the Main Hall “A” among the show
cars, sponsors and special displays. Spaces that are in this area will offer
the highest amount of foot traffic. Wall and limited end of aisle
spaces are available on a first paid basis. Rates are $300.00 per
10’ wide x 12’ deep space. Exhibitor will receive two multi-day
exhibitor passes for the first space, one additional pass for each
additional 10’ rented.
Businesses offering new parts and restoration services are highly
encouraged to display in this area.
Commercial "B" Space:
These wall spaces will be located in the Hall "B"
and Hall "C" area utilizing
primarily wall spaces. The center of Hall "B" will feature the VIP
Car For Sale area and select high-end show cars. Rates are $200.00
per 10' wide x 12' deep space. Exhibitor will receive two exhibitor passes for
the first space, one additional pass for each additional 10' rented.
Businesses offering new parts and restoration services may elect to
display in this area.
Car For Sale Space:
VIP Special Collection Space:
A limited amount of space will be allocated for a very special
“V.I.P. Special Collection”. These vehicles must apply with a
minimum of two photos and be approved. Located in the Center Hall
"B”, this area offers a high amount of foot
traffic. Cars will be protected by show supplied stanchions and red
drape. This area will be staffed by a Muscle Car & Corvette
Nationals Hostess who will be on hand to direct potential buyers to
you or your business. A maximum of twenty cars will be
accepted for this area at a rate of $250 per car with no
additional commissions or fees. This includes two exhibitor passes
per car space rented.
Car For Sale Space:
This designated area will be at the rear of Hall “A” and will
showcase 50-60 vehicles offered for sale. Rate per car for this
section is $100.00 with no additional commissions or fees. This
will include one multi-day exhibitors pass per car space rented.
Please note: Move-in for this area will be Saturday morning
only from 7am
– 8:30am.
